## Liquidity Boost Pool:

1,000,000 OVER tokens will be used to buy and burn the top 3 winning child tokens through their Mint Club bonding curve pools. This creates a post-game liquidity surge and reduces token supply, helping boost perceived value and on-chain momentum.

3. Enter the Name and Symbol for your token
4. Add a Logo Image and Website(or Social) Link

## Who can participate:

1. Eligibility:&#x20;
   1. Any new memecoin backed by $OVER on the Mint Club platform.
   2. NFTs (ERC-1155) are not accepted for this event.
   3. Only tokens created using the default bonding curve set via “<https://mint.club/over>” are eligible.
2. Minimum Requirements:
   1. Total Locked Parent Tokens (TVL): At least 60,000 $OVER tokens locked.
   2. Token Holders: Minimum of 500 token holders for your memecoin.
3. Community:&#x20;
   1. You should operate the project community on X(Twitter) or Telegram.

## Scoring Criteria:

The final score will be determined by the total sum of each factor's score.

## Event Terms:

1. Any attempts to manipulate trading volume, locked parent tokens, holder counts, or other on-chain metrics, such as using alts, self-boosting, or wash trading, will lead to immediate disqualification.
2. Each participant or team is allowed to submit only one $OVER child memecoin.
3. The project must not involve any legal issues, including copyright infringement or violations of laws in any country.
4. Over Protocol and Mint Club reserve the right to disqualify any project that violates the rules above or engages in unethical behavior or actions that harm the ecosystem’s reputation. Disqualified projects will forfeit any allocated liquidity support.

## What Are Parent and Child Tokens?

Every token on Mint Club is backed and paired with a major asset—called the “Parent” token—such as OVER, USDT, or ETH. This Parent token gives the new asset value and makes it tradable directly through an automated bonding curve pool, with no need to set up external liquidity.

The new asset you create is called a “Child” token, built on top of the Parent token. Thanks to Mint Club’s design, anyone can easily create custom tokens using any ERC-20 token as the Parent on supported chains, making token creation simple, fun, and fully on-chain.
