# MINT Airdrop Terms (finished)

1\. You have read and understood all docs and content provided by Mint Club website (<https://mint.club/>), and you acknowledge and consent to any changes that may be made during the MINT Airdrop period.

2\. You acknowledge that: (i) MINT tokens do not have any intrinsic value and that you may never be able to convert airdropped MINT tokens into any cash, cryptocurrency or other assets; (ii) there is no market-standard valuation process to determine the value of MINT tokens at any given time; and (iii) we (“We” or “Company”) gives no guarantees whatsoever on the value of MINT tokens which may be highly volatile and could reduce to zero.

3\. Your airdropped MINT tokens shall be made in full compliance with any applicable tax obligations to which you may be subject in any relevant jurisdiction.

4\. You acknowledge that the MINT token is not a security and is not an investment contract.

5\. You agree to maintain your following/subscribing status. You won't be eligible to get the airdrop tokens if you're not maintaining the following status of all our channels when we distribute the tokens.

6\. You have sufficient knowledge and experience in business and financial matters, including a sufficient understanding of blockchain or cryptographic tokens and other digital assets, smart contracts, storage mechanisms (such as digital or token wallets), blockchain-based software systems and blockchain technology, to be able to evaluate the risks and merits of any acquisition of MINT tokens, including but not limited, to the matters set forth in this agreement, and are able to bear the risks thereof, including loss of all amounts paid and the loss of MINT tokens.

7\. You agree that we have full right to exclude duplicated submissions that are considered to be from the same person regardless of different wallet addresses, Telegram or Twitter names.

8\. You acknowledge that the referral performance that is displayed on the airdrop page (<https://mint.club/airdrop>) after you have submitted your application does not guarantee your final performance, and the Company will calculate only the verified referral activities excluding duplicated submissions.

9\. You agree that you won’t promote your referral link in any of the Mint Club or HUNT community channels, and the Company can delete all of your messages and exclude your airdrop application and referral activities if you violate this.

10\. You agree that you won’t do any actions that can disturb the operation of the Mint Club pre-sign up and launching activities, and the Company can exclude your airdrop application and referral activities if you violate this.
