# Swap HUNT to MINT Terms (finished)

1\. You have read and understood all docs and content provided by Mint Club website (<https://mint.club/>), and you acknowledge and consent that they may change during the MINT Airdrop period.

2\. You acknowledge that: (i) MINT tokens do not have any intrinsic value and that you may never be able to convert swapped MINT tokens into any cash, cryptocurrency or other assets; (ii) there is no market-standard valuation process to determine the value of MINT tokens at any given time; and (iii) we (“We” or “Company”) gives no guarantees whatsoever on the value of MINT tokens which may be highly volatile and could reduce to zero.

3\. Your swapped MINT tokens shall be made in full compliance with any applicable tax obligations to which you may be subject in any relevant jurisdiction.

4\. You acknowledge that the MINT token is not a security and is not an investment contract.

5\. You acknowledge that the swap ratio is 1 HUNT to 100,000 MINT during the swap period and the amount of the HUNT tokens you applied will be withdrawn from your Ether wallet and burnt permanently.

6\. You fully understand how the Ethereum blockchain works and that the swap transaction will cost GAS fees that require spending some ETH in your wallet.

7\. You acknowledge that you have not used an exchange address as a destination to receive MINT tokens. The tokens will be lost permanently if an exchange address is used.

8\. You acknowledge that you have put a correct BSC wallet address as a destination to receive MINT tokens, and the tokens will be lost permanently if you haven’t.

9\. You acknowledge that there is no way to revoke the swap transaction once it has already proceeded, and the Company won’t be responsible for any losses.

10\. You have sufficient knowledge and experience in business and financial matters, including a sufficient understanding of blockchain or cryptographic tokens and other digital assets, smart contracts, storage mechanisms (such as digital or token wallets), blockchain-based software systems and blockchain technology, to be able to evaluate the risks and merits of any acquisition of MINT tokens, including but not limited, to the matters set forth in this agreement, and are able to bear the risks thereof, including loss of all amounts paid and the loss of MINT tokens.

11\. Do NOT use the "Speed Up" feature for your transaction. The transaction hash will change and we won't be able to help you.
